COMMI operates through an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety, certified to UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001.
The system defines the procedures, responsibilities and controls that govern how activities are organised, from procurement and process management to the inspections and final documentation required by each project.
The Integrated Management System addresses three key areas:
Quality — defined processes, documented inspections, traceability and continual improvement.
Environment — responsible management of resources and waste, and control of the environmental aspects associated with our activities.
Health and Safety — risk assessment, training, prevention and operating procedures applied in the workshop and on site.
For COMMI, the Integrated Management System is a practical tool for working in an organised, verifiable way, in compliance with the applicable requirements.
